Former arcade to become Costa Coffee in Paignton

A traditional Devon seaside arcade being turned into a Costa Coffee shop. As part of a multi-million-pound expansion of Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark in Paignton, it will reopen this summer with a new three-lane racer slide open alongside a new coffee shop and an ice cream stand in Tanners Road.

The former Gold Coast Amusement Arcade is being turned into Costa Coffee marking an end of an era. Signage has now appeared on the outside of the building and works remain ongoing internally.
