BOXPARK welcomes four new traders

Just in time for warmer weather and al fresco dining, BOXPARK is welcoming four BRAND NEW traders to its already deliciously diverse food offering. The new restaurants, opening across the three BOXPARK’s sites, include Tik Tok’s newest food obsession Yorkshire Burrito; Taco Collective, founded by twins desperate to explore their love of street food; and Brooklyn-inspired Dino’s Hotdogs, currently served at the London Stadium. Raastawala completes the line-up of new traders, a favourite of the England Cricket Team.
Determined to force the classic British Sunday roast out of its comfort zone, Yorkshire Burrito is well-known and loved across the foodie scene for taking the roast’s iconic trimmings; cauliflower cheese, roasties, and stuffing alongside a choice of tender meats and wrapping everything up in a fluffy Yorkshire pudding burrito, before adding an extra drizzle of drool-worthy gravy for good measure. Powered by a team passionate about British produce and quality ingredients, Yorkshire Burrito is delighted to be bringing their wealth of experience and unique food creations to BOXPARK on Friday 2nd June.
Raastawala is headed up by British-born Rinku Dutt, a third-generation Kolkatan, alongside her father Ron and husband Neelan with a vision to make North East Indian food more accessible. From humble beginnings, Raastawala began at a farmer’s market in Chartham, Kent. Nowadays, Raastawala is a seven-day operation and roaring success, boasting an envious fan following of Londoners looking for a taste of Kolkatan street food, as well as celebrity patrons like singer-songwriter Jessie Ware and the England Cricket Team. Inspired by Rinku’s childhood memories of grand feasts hosted by her parents, the menu at Raastawala features recipes handed down the generations from Rinku’s father's family who owned a popular Indian restaurant in Kolkata in the sixties. Opening Friday 2nd June, expect family charm and celebrity guests.
For hungry Londoners looking for Hot Dogs that taste as they would on the streets of New York, Dino’s has you covered. Bringing classic American deli flavours, BOXPARK’s newest addition opened on 25th May and is set to be a huge fit with sports fans. Expect crispy fried onions, curly fries, tater-tots and hot dogs smothered in ketchup. Eager fans at BOXPARK’s vibrant fan parks will be delighted with the ‘Express Dog,’ served in half-time as a faster on-the-go option for those desperate not to miss a moment of sporting action.
Established directly before the pandemic in 2020, Taco Collective is a passion project for twin founders, Rahil & Nik and their best pal Chris. Keen to escape corporate life and follow their love for street food, the business was inspired by the team’s time in Mexico and California. Evolving from residencies and pop-ups in South East London, the lads have forged a cult following of their classic flavours and authentic ingredients expected to follow them to Shoreditch when they open Monday 5th June.
