Signature Living puts two Liverpool hotels on the market for £51m

Savills, on behalf of Signature Living, has brought to market The Shankly and 30 James Street hotels in Liverpool city centre. Signature Living is accepting offers over £35million and £16million respectively.The Shankly Hotel, located at 60 Victoria Street, features 59 apart-hotel style bedrooms all based upon the football player and manager, Bill Shankly. The hotel also includes the popular Bastion Bar and Restaurant, two event suites, two roof top terraces and an underground car park.
At 30 James Street, the iconic Grade II listed apart-hotel comprises 63 nautical themed rooms, inspired by the building’s historical occupier, White Star Line. Additionally, the hotel includes a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant, events space and spa facilities.
Situated in Liverpool’s vibrant city centre, both hotels are in close proximity to some of the city’s top attractions as well an array of retail and leisure amenities. Liverpool Lime Street is also located nearby, providing regular connections to Manchester, Newcastle, Chester and London.
