Inception to open Beavers in Chelsea

The Inception group is launching a "mountain cabin and dance saloon" called Beavers in Chelsea. The new bar, opening this spring, will be their sixth in the capital.

The late-night bar aims to conjure up the spirit of “winter cowboy log cabins” in the mountains of Wyoming.

It has been devised by Inception Group’s founders, Charlie Gilkes and Duncan Stirling.

Beavers’ bar will specialise in bourbon and American cocktails, served by the glass or the pitcher.

It will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10.30pm to 2.30am.

The group also own Barts, Maggie's, Bunga Bunga, Mr Foggs of Mayfair and disco.
