The freehold of the Montreal Arms, Brighton has been sold.

The prominent character property, which sits proud in the residential district of Hanover, was on the market with Fleurets on behalf of the seller, Stonegate and the property was under offer within two months of national and local marketing.

The pub was sold to a confidential buyer and the property was on the market at £450,000 + VAT.
