Roberto Costa to open Fish Game in Canary Wharf this Spring

The man behind Macellaio RC, Roberto Costa, is trying something different for his next opening, Fish Game in Canary Wharf. 

That name should give you a pretty big clue as to what to expect. Yes, it's a menu of fish and game dishes and, similarly to Macellaio RC, everything will be cooked over a charcoal grill. For his chef, he's lined up Lello Favuzzi, a chef who has previously been at Mortimer House and L’Anima, so that sounds promising.

The menu includes:

• Rabbit croquettes with marjoram mayonnaise and lemon zest
• Crab and pork bao with curry sauce
• Tigella bread with offal, rabbit, lemon and parsley gravy
• Mussels with venison nduja
• Sea bream butterfly with Datterini tomato, taggiasca olives and pine nuts

Apparently, we can also expect a Tequila bar - something we can imagine going down very well with the Canary Wharf locals.
