Bancone opening third restaurant next month

Bancone opens its doors August 1.

On the cusp of celebrating their fifth birthday, the folks at Bancone are also getting ready to open their third restaurant.

They're the latest to join the procession of restaurants opening in Borough Yards. The space itself is a huge railway arch and it's going to have an open kitchen, plus a large mezzanine space upstairs that can be hired out for private parties.

In addition to all the usual Bancone offerings like their silk handkerchiefs, the menu will have newer dishes like their raviolo with smoked potato and new season truffle and egg yolk dish. Chef Ben Waugh is also promising a few new additions for Borough.
