Shake Shack to open on Oxford Street in London

Shake Shack is expanding to its 12th location in the UK. The new Shack is located on Argyll Street in Oxford Circus, London’s premier shopping destination. Situated on a quieter street between Liberty, the iconic luxury department store, and Oxford Street, Europe’s busiest shopping street.

In anticipation of the opening, the brand collaborated with London-based artist James Daw, on a custom illustration on the exterior of the building. 

The artwork incorporates landmarks of the immediate area of Argyll Street and Oxford Circus as well as elements of a London skyline. He uses a unique collage to give a sense of familiarity but at the same time an otherworldly fantastical fairy-tale of a scene.
